By downloading, installing, or using the SV eCAF application ("App"), you ("User" or "Agent") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you and SV Infonet Solution Private Limited ("Company").

All intellectual property rights in the App, including but not limited to software, design, logos, trademarks, and content, are owned by or licensed to SV Infonet Solution Private Limited.
No licence or right is granted to use any Company intellectual property except as expressly provided in these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the App or any part thereof without prior written consent from the Company.
Your use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.
You acknowledge that customer data collected through the App is the exclusive property of SV Infonet Solution Private Limited and must not be extracted, copied, or used outside the App for any purpose.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
The Company does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Use of the App is at your sole risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SV Infonet Solution Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App — including but not limited to loss of data, business interruption, or loss of profits.
The Company's total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you (if any) for using the App in the twelve months preceding the claim.
The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for:
Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete it from your device immediately.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Daman, Dadra and Nagar Haveli and Daman and Diu, India.
The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be communicated through the App or official Company channels. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
