SV Infonet Solution Private Limited ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") operates the SV eCAF mobile application ("App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when our authorised field sales agents ("Users") use the App.

This App is strictly for internal business use by employees and authorised agents of SV Infonet Solution Private Limited. It is not available to the general public. Access requires valid company-issued credentials.

2.1 Information about the Agent (App User)

• Agent login credentials (username / employee ID) — for authentication only
• Device information (model, OS version) — for troubleshooting and compatibility

2.2 Customer Information (collected on behalf of the Company)

• To verify agent identity and grant authorised App access
• To process and store Customer Application Forms on behalf of SV Infonet
• To generate PDF documents of completed CAF forms for official records
• To transmit completed forms to the Company's internal backend system
• To comply with regulatory requirements for telecom/ISP service providers
• To improve App functionality and troubleshoot technical issues

All data collected through the App is stored on SV Infonet's private Supabase database hosted on secure, encrypted cloud infrastructure. Data is transmitted over HTTPS/TLS encrypted connections.

We do not sell, trade, or rent any information to third parties. Data may be shared only in the following limited circumstances:

• Internal Company departments — for processing customer service applications
• Regulatory authorities — when required by law, court order, or government directive
• Infrastructure providers — Supabase (our backend host), bound by strict confidentiality agreements and data processing terms

Customer application data is retained for as long as required to fulfil the purpose of service provisioning and to comply with legal, regulatory, or contractual obligations applicable to telecom/ISP operators in India.

Agent login data is retained for the duration of the agent's employment or engagement with the Company and deleted promptly upon termination.

This App is intended for adult business users (18+) only. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

Authorised users may contact us to:

• Request access to personal data held about them
• Request correction of inaccurate personal data
• Request deletion of personal data (subject to legal retention requirements)

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be effective as of the revised date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
